yes i have got for 10 Marla; 9 lac development charges & have to pay in quarterly installment of 1.5 lac starting 30 June 2011 & finish 30 Sep 2012.

@Rashid Bhai: What about the transfer of phase-7 park view files, is it possible to transfer the installation fee as well OR the seller has to pay complete payment before the transfer?

Dear Ali Sahib,
In DHA Phase 7, To transfer a newly balloted plot against park view files, the seller has to pay all development charges before transfer to complete the Transfer.The facility to pay development charges in installment is available to first allottee only.

Isn't there any way i can sell it before paying development charges :( ,if yes then its estimated cost for selling,if not then can u plz tell me its future after getting possession,i m talking about 10 marla
