In Current market One kanal plots rates are from 38 to 70 lacs Depending on locatin.and 10 marla plots rates are from 25 to 34 lacs depending on location. The development Work of R, S, T and U Block is almost completed and in other blocks development work is in progress at rapid pace.

How much is the market worth of plot around 225 in p block

Rana sb ...i also have plot in sector Y ...for me its too far if you have a look at the area using Google Maps...it would be similar as Phase 4 in coming 10 years....my plot is further 6.6 kilometer from phase 6 interchange...which mean defence mor to phase 5....(my point of view)

Dear kahn Sahib,
The upper part of P Block is Developed but lower one is only on map, the development is not started in portion of P Block Due to pockets and it is expected it will take one year from now on for complete development of P Block. Some of pockets are cleared by DHA but other exists.Current market value of P 255 is around 60 Lacs.
