I do not know if its a good news....
After a long patience, I have received a letter from DHA allocating plot number in phase 7- U block.
Development charges are 9 lakh 1,50,000 every quarter.
At least we have outcome...

A big Daka by DHA, we paid for location Not for Phase - 7 which is after phase 6.

@hussein,Absolutely not........i agree with MH,it is the worst location near BRB,we r pushed from the front to the back,just infront of India |

dear AA, I hope the fear of sitting on the border does not hold for Phase - 7 only, because if u foresee a war in future, then I need to tell u that an Artillery fire will not be able to discriminate b/w phase 7 or phase one. So, be realistic and thankful to God for being the member of a Porsche Society of Pakistan. with regards |

Is it good idea to keep newly balloted plots in phase 7 so its better to sell them off (because of poor location)ie is there any potential of price raise in near future.
Also someone mentioned the development charges are 15 laks (for Y block) , so I assume it is not same for each block (as Hussein mentioned above , its 9 laks for U block)
