Quick question regarding DHA phase VII map, I noticed there are some cross lines on the map. Can you pls let me know what does it mean?

Current market value of Near X 479 DHA Phase 7 is around 53 to 54 Lacs.Generally in map, Cross line indicates the separation of blocks from each other
