Please tell me what are possible developement charges for Phase 9 DHA. Also confirm whether these charges have to pay in 4 years must or you have to pay the same before you sale your plot. What is exactly say by laws of DHA

considering inflation, development charges for dha ph 9 could be between 20 & 25 lacs. dha give3 years to pay dev. charges not 4 years. |
