Can any brother tell me how a Limited company registered in UK can buy property in Pakistan?
Is there is any restriction?
What are the bye laws in this regards and what documentation is needed?

Sir, I don't think a UK registered company or UK national can buy property in Pakistan until unless some one has Pakistani origin card or ID card.
But please do share us here if it is possible to buy a property in Pakistan by a UK registered company. I also has a UK registered company which has spare cash sitting in Balance sheet. |

First i do not understand what do you mean to say ( uk registered company ) bhai jan any one can open a ( uk registered company ) it is very easy just go to company home website and open a company i thing its cost you around 15-20 pound and the will send you the company registered copy to you address and you can also open a copany bank account online free an dthey will also deposit 20pound in your accoun so company in uk is nothing . Yes Mr ltd company bhai is right that if you are uk national an dyou have pakistani origin card then you can buy property in pakistan . Same as i do i am japan national and i have pakistani origin card i buy property in pakistan last year. Sorry if my english is not good. |

This is a good idea, provided you have Pakistani Origin ID card. It will save you lot of tax in UK when your company's income statement will show the investment as expenses before tax income. Also, there is no capital gain tax in Pakistan. So you will neither pay tax in UK nor in Pakistan and the local real estate market will attract investment. |

Yes Amir, The reason to buy property is to save Tax and one can buy in Europe as investment through a limited company but I am looking for authentic information how to buy it in Pakistan and what it involves.
If anyone has done this please share.
