@ Question,

There is no facility available in DHA Phase 7 on installment basis.You have pay whole amount to buy plot in phase 7
1)The plots on installment is only available in DHA Phase 8 of one kanal, 10 marla, 8 marla & 5 marla
2) You can also buy 5 and 10 marla plots in DHA phase 9 on installment basis.

@ KSA,
The detail of one kanal is as follows:
Total Booking Price Rs.5500000/-
1) Down Payment Rs.450000/-
2) 12 Installment of Rs.420000/- out of which 8 are paid and next 4 four installment will paid after every three month.
3) The amount of own on original booking vary from 5 Lacs to 35 Lacs Depending on location.
