Hi can you please tell me the current rate of this plot in Phase 9 D block ( recently Ballotted) 1866

And there is DHA deserve area just at the end of the street. What does DHA reserve area is usually ? and there is a school and a playground at the back street. Is that good for the future.

I would love to have some insight about this plot.
