I have a plot in DHA phase 7 R Block no.414. What is the Current Market value of my plot and What about expected possession time of DHA phase 7 R Block ?

Dear Nadeem Sahib, current market value R 414 is around 65 to 66 Lacs.It is entirely up to DHA when It will announce possession of R, S, T & Q Block of DHA Phase 7.The development work is almost completed of these blocks.
