Dear Experts,
My brother has been allotted a plot in Block-'B' in Bahria Town, Phase-8, Rawalpindi. The plot is situated near 1 Kanals plots and near to Block-A in Street No.2.
He has deposited all the dues in very financial hardship time/situation. Now one of the dealers informed him that in that street there is filling area and construction of house is not feasible.
When we contacted the other experts/dealers, who have informed that there is absolutely no problem as if we construct basement.
Experts are requested to share their knowledge and idea for other guidance that how much feet filling is made and if it is not so deep, then basement is feasible.

I would love to have a plot feasible for the construction of basement. I think your brother has blessing in disguise. Just contact an architect and civil engineer. |
