Only God can force them to start development work,because they dont make money alone ,they share with all in the chain,But the more worrisome issue is?Even if they make up their mind today,how can they develop 1K for 6 lacs and 10 M for 3 Lacs.
No body in NFC is that sensible that they might have invested our money od development charges in some good scheme of return.
The best thing the admn there can do it,start the work,issue a deadline to all that if u dont pay ur dev charges by this date,start penalties like DHA does at the rate of 20% etc.Only then people will deposit dev charges.As of now people are not depositing bcause they see nothing on ground.So why through ur money in the well?? mind set. |
