Great News for Phase VIII Plot owners. Development will be going to start in few days as NLC engineers cabin have been placed in Phase VIII and machinery will be start working in a week. Although it is expected that official announcement will take place in few days.

Yap it seems to be true, as the cabins are there. Inquiring from the NLC personal at the site also confirmed that the machinery will be there in a week. |

It will go up 10% as soon as equipment arrives, will go up another 5% when equipment starts to roll. |

Very good idea to increase the price. NLC may be just doing the Patch work on Phase VIII main blv where road is damaged and then go with the wind. |

Yes the cabins are there. Asked the NLC personal and they stated that they are here for Phase 8 development. Although the work on main blv patches are being done but a construction company don't move cabins just for road patches. Situation will be more clear when DHA office will open tomorrow. |

I have went to the DHA office today and they informed that earth breaking ceremony will take place within 7 days. I have also mentioned in my discussion that one should go and see himself the cabins and ask from the NLC personal at the site to confirm the news. I went myself to the site and then shared the news at this site. So better to go for visit, if you don't believe my comments. |
