Hi brothers,
I have delayed my second installment for my commercial plot in CCA phase 8. Last date was 15th April but I will deposit bank-draft tomorrow morning.
Can anybody please guide me what shall I do to avoid fine (20 % per anum for each day delayed). Actually, I was under wrong impression that last date was 31st April. Shall I write letter to DHA to waive off fine this time?

Dear Brother,
I also have a commercial in Phase 8. The delay surcharge for 4 marla per day is Rs.553 and for 8 Marla is Rs.1033. I hope you can now calculate the total surcharge by multiplying it with the number of days delayed.
