With development work about to start in Lahore DHA Phase 8, which block in Phase 8 will have the work done first (S, W, etc?) What was the pattern in Phase 7 (was it alphabetical order or random)?

Expect the work to gt started in 2 months time period based on the preparations starting in ph 8 (machines being brought in, etc.) I also confirmed with someone in DHA |
