It is very shameful like any other matters in our country that these developers and societies are ripping off people.
On the top of that when a developer or society is done looting people, officials wake up and declare them illegal establishments and leave people with sorrows and no way to retreive their money back.
I think, all these officials and developers are somehow interconnected. First officials let these developers and societies to rip people off. Then officials step in if they start feeling pressure from people, and declare them illegal.
Just declaring illegal is not enough. They should take affirmative actions after declaring these developers and socieities illegal. Officials should cease their assets and take every possible action either to make these developers to fulfill their promises in timely manner or make them return money back to people.
But you know what I have not seen this happening. You know why, I think after all they are all connected and they all share this illegal wealth they created out of ripping off people. Then times come and they feel they cannot deliver what they promised to people, they go ahead with illegality stuff with combined effort of developers, societies and officials.
