Dear Experts My Question Is Not Too Difficult for those who understand>!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was wondering why phase 5 L and K block is less develop and why is it less value than other blocks.
Please answer and oblige.

Dear Mr.Adil,
In DHA Phase 5, K and L block added latter as result of merger of Ravians in Phase 5 and when Development work of K and L blocks started the other blocks of phase 5 like A, B, C, D, E, F were fully developed and has possession as well but now both blocks are fully developed and getting populated day by day.The land of k and L block is deep around 8 to 12 Feet that's why deep plots has less rate than level plot.
