pls need ur openion regarding this issue
i booked a shop in zarina shoping mall liberty lahore in 2005. shop area 90 sqf @ 16666/= monthly instalment 37500/= for 2 years total prs 1500000/= and i was told that plaza will complete in 2007 (after 2 year)
but after 2 years only half of the constructions was completed and i stoped paying remining 3 instalmnet .
recently about 2 months ago i approached the managment ,they told me that that they had change the design of my shop and had incresed the size 122 sq ft without bringing into my knowledge,and asking me to pay the amt with the current rate of prs 31000/= per sqf that total aproxamtly prs 1100000/=
what should i do
pls advise me
