Deep Plot filling price?,

May be i have put my self into trouble as i have recently purchased a 4.25 marla plot which is 6 feet deep then the Gali level. I had no prior experience of construction. I had an idea that deeper plots may ask more construction cost while making the basement. But i was not pretty much sure. But now some people are advising me to make the basement as they think the filling cost this much deep plot and making a basement will not make any difference.

I have very limited budget to start the construction of my house and i could spare only 5-6 lacs to do the single story house with out finishing.

Can anyone suggest me in lahore, how much it can cost

1 - If i go for basement construction 4.25 marla
2 - Single story without basement 4.25 marla

I just want to construct up to a gali muhalla standard not to defense standard.

Any guidance in the form of advice can be really helpful.
