Can anyone give their advice please about best location for living and future scope as well. Dha phase 6,7,8 or Askari 10. My budget is about 1 million rupees. And please let me know what is realistic rate for average construction .

Yasir, You may be able to buy an installment plot of 5 Marla in DHA Town in phase 9. Increase your budget a little bit and then pay rest in installments. |
