Looking for a wise advice from all of you. I want to buy a plot in Dha Lahore which phase is best for residence and future scope for value as well. Phase 6,7,8 or buy a house in Askari 10?
Is it best to wait for 6 months to let the prices calm down and buy? And what is the current prices right now in phase 6,8?
My budget is about 65 to 90 lacks.
