I applied for allotment letter for my Plot in DHA Valley sunflower block. One has to submit all teh reciepts he has of installments and downpayment in DHA Phase-1 Land and Revenue Record Office. It will take 6 weeks to get letter after verification of payments.
Get ready for payment of development charges and Possesion chrages.
Possesion will start in 1st quarter of next year, overseas block will be the first for possesion.
I see no considerable updates in the ground work and express way in lase six months.

i am going to buy 8 marla plot in arleander block in 7 lacs.please tell me is development charges included in this price or not or i have to pay saperately.and please tell me orleander and deffodils blocks are good or not. |

Mr. Khan as per Dha Valley advertisement development charges are included.
no need to pay any dev. charges, i've this advetisement also |
