Dear All,

I have received letter from DHA Phase 5 M ballot and its schedule of payment for development charges. It is Rs. 250,000.00 every three months starting Sep. 2012 totalling 1,500,000.00.

It is for one kanal plot.

Yes it's correct. I have also got the confirmation letter as well and development charges for M block would be 15 lacs in total payable in 18 months stating from September 2012.
