aoa dear salman LRE how much prices rise in dha phase 1 to 4 in 1 kanal 2 kanal plots in past one year

Dear Chudury Sahib,
=> In DHA Phase 1 and Phase 2 there is hardly rise in prices of one and two kanal plot.They are almost saturated from last two years.
=> In DHA Phase 3 and 4 there is rise in price of 5 to 15 Lacs Depending on location but not at large scale of one kanal.The prices are saturated now in DHA Phase 3 and Phase 4
