can some one comment about the plots sold by formanites society.
I did pay Rs. 1200000 for one kanal plot including 500,000 demanded by them as development charges.the plot was mentioned by the 74 L
however by now they have not delivered any plot although they are telling that plot may be delivered in june 2012 however it does not look definite.
Do some one know inner story about their program for the plots for which they collected Rs. 500,000 as additional developement charges
