Dear Brothers, There are hundreds/thousands of families in Pakistan who has become victim of such typical Shikari / Hunters which I would say cancer of the society who are initially so polite and pretend they will give you a certain percentage of profit. They will show the GREEN GARDEN / SABZ BAAGH saying our business is running very well but if we get more investment, then business will fly. Those Shikari also give you regular profit on time for initial couple of months but gradually they start delaying the payments, then missing a month in between telling business is not going good this month because of Current Political and economic situation. They have millions execuses proving their point. Finally, they stop giving you profit completely. When you start asking them in the begining, they explain politly, that they will do something soon and when you pressurise them, they just stand infront and say 'Kar Lo jo karna hai'. Maarna hai, to humain maar do par Paisay nahi hain. Most interesting thing is eventhough they show business is not doing good but if you look at their own living expense won't stop or affected by this and even their life style improves using someone else money. I have same story, my brother had some savings few years ago & his childhood old friend once came saying he has very good garage which is running very good but only need some investor and when my brother shown his interest, he started doing same story I explained above. That garage man succeded in his aim and my brother agreed to give him hard earned money of about a million on monthly profit. He gave regular profit for first 4 months and them same story. It has been 7 years now and he neither returned capital money nor profit. He keeps doing Taal Matole, he will be getting some money from his father's property then will give. Then said, his wife will get her share from her parents and then he will give some money. So on and so forth. The purpose of above story is that your Money only belongs to you unless it is in your pocket but the time it leaves your pocket to such Cancer of Society, that money will no longer yours. It is better to have no profit rather than to have no capital money. You can find these Cancer of Society everywhere: in your street, among your relatives, among friends or perhaps everywhere and THEIR EASY TARGET ARE ALWAYS OVERSEASE PAKISTANI. SO BEWARE OF SUCH PEOPLE who has nothing in their hand but they always play with other people's money. Recent and biggest example is DOUBLE SHAH. Regards, VilaitiBabu |
