It is now confirmed that DHA Lahore phase 8 development work is going to be started in next 10 to 15 days.Equipment of National Logistic Cell (NLC) will reach at site of Phase 8 within next few days. We will update all of you with complete development Work Plan of DHA Phase 8 asap.

Dear LRE,
Can you confirm which block will be developed first and then normally how much time it takes for NLC to develop one block etc.
The prices of DHA phase 8 proper is already high, how much will the price increase, and after the handover of the plots lets say in phase w after 3 years how much will be the price of 1 Kannal plot.W block.
shall we hold the plot still or shall we sell the plot during EID.

in my view prices in dha phase 8 will rapidly surge to 5 per cent of what these are today. meaning thereby that a plot of 95 lac in phase 8 will rise to 1 crore approx with immediate effect. after three years things would be much better than now and if the standard of development comes as promised for phase 8 the same plot will rise to 2 crore very easily given also the inflationary pressure and usual rise of prices of real state over a period of three years.
