CAN ANYONE SUGGEST THE FUTURE OF PHASE 8 PRICES.
DON,T YOU THINK THAT A PRICE CORRECTION OF 10-15 LAC IS EXPECTED.
ALSO PLEASE EVALUATE PHASE 7 AND ITS FUTURE

phas7 & 8 will get a rise of 5-7 and 10-12 lacs respectively by next week and it will stay till eid .

Phase 8 is already heavily overpriced,What is difference between w and t Blocks of phase 8 with b, g,j blocks of phase 6.lookat prices which are almosT same despite the fact that phase 6 is almost 10 years ahead in development and habitation - exaggerated prices of phase 8, dealers making fool of people to give impression of location. Phase 6 is far better and ehsthetically developed

dont be upset if u dont have plot in phase 8 n phase 8 is well priced -its not overpriced

very right mr KMC. phase 8 is over priced phase 6 location is same as of
some blocks of phase 8. phase 6 should be prefffered as it will take almost 5 years from now to have some population in phase 8
