Any informatio that how much penelty for vacant plot in dha lahore phase 6.

Shahbaz Bhai, In Phase 6 non construction charges is Rs.1000 per month.The non construction penalty charges will be applicable after three years of possession.

Can you please clarify further. I have a 1K residential plot in J block DHA Phase 6. Do I need to pay any penalty on this plot as of today?

Yes, you have to pay penalty on this plot @ Rs.1000/month, whenever you want to sale or to build a house, you should have to pay non construction penalty as well.To Get maximum detail, You should contact DHA
