DHA Rehbar has announced completion of all development activities including roads,seweage, elec and gas etc in both its Ph1 & Ph2.Plots are now ready for posession and construction. How will it impact the prices of plots in different phases / sectors which are expected to go up sharply.i have a 10M Plot in Sec D. Can somebody advise on its current price and prices after say 6 to 10 months of 1K & 1OM please. Sould i keep it a little while more or sell it. Thank you

All development work appears to be complete but possession of plots has not been announced.Whenever the possestion is announced and construction of houses start definitely the prices are likely to go up considerably.In my opinion it is adviseable to hold the plots for about six or more months to take advantage of the investment. |

possession has been announced last week and yes its grt location and with all facilities elec , tele, gas , and security as i heard ,, possession is announced |
