I just like to know that the price i pay for the DHA5 about 40Lakh and now i have to pay about 15Lakh more so you all think that it will be close to get the money or make any profit and what it will the price when it developed in five or more yrs is it worth it to keep or just sell it and buy a house so i can get income please need some advice Babar.

Due to the close proximity of askar 11,ring road and being a part of phase 5, it is my understanding that the price will be 70 to 90 lacs in a year time ,once the ground breaking / development starts. Dha is under pressure due to askari 11 to start development as soon as possible .further dha is acquiring the land around to accommodate few more files and proposed asakari 12 project.
