Mr.Waqas, thanks for reply, do you know if there are 10 M plots in F and H block and price of it. What about J and M block for 10 M are these located on good location. I am afraid in LDA schemes as there always issues, how we can make sure that seller is geniune and no issue. really appericate your help

Dear waqar don;t follow waqas, you will too overwhelmed by LDA as waqas is. He is not telling u the truth. there are so many litigation issues, land-mafia, fake-files, patwari-system, be careful.

Unfortunately Mr Truth is not telling truth. No doubt there are some problems with public sector organizations and LDA is no exception. But you are getting benefit of these problems in the shape of lower prices. Only few days ago LDA got vacated around 200 Kanals of land from occupants. In my opinion this is the RIGHT time to invest in LDA Ave -1. So my advise to you is visit the site, talk to peoples around and then decide it your self.

Mr Waqas Aeshad is rite. It is good time to invest there in LDA eve-1. most of the development work is completed only few issues are there to be settled. you should visit yourself the site and then make any decision.
Mr Stn no block is problem free there LDA- eve1 how ever F,H,J,M blocks are comparatively having less problems. C block is also good block especially upper part of C block is really good and price are there little high. L and K block are not consider good because these blocks have major litigation issues. A and B blocks are also having 70% litigation problem. Recently LDA has vacated 200 kanals land from occupants near the D block. That land came under a village name nasir gung

why don't you try phase 9 files ?
Investment around 29 lac and is going to return you 42-45 within next 2-3 years

I want purchase a plot in LDA Ave 1. A allottee of the One kanal Plot No Between 7-10 Block J Main 100 Feet Road want to sale plot. His demand is Rs.40 Lac .please guide me the original price of this plot.
