Would you please up date the current status of Sector E-12 Islamabad What is going on and what are the chances of this sector to get developed. Is there any one who can witness a progress if any.

Wait and hope is going on.

Land owners are still living there.

I grew to old from young with my plot in E-12.

But don't loose your hope as hope keeps a man alive.

When developed it will be a best sector but if ever developed.

very difficult for cda to develop this sector because clear decision of S.court for compensation of land and build up property on market rete at present cda have not money even for giving salary to there employees

There's no update on that apart from misconceptions. I read a news few weeks back about fake E-12 plot files and registrations. So first of all getting the legal registration is difficult, secondly, there's no authentic reasons for its development in near future.
