Any idea when these files of DHA Town will be converted into plots as the development of this area is on going. Furthermore, what are the charges like the transfer fee, membership fee, CVT, and development charges for the 5-marla on top of quoted price of 14.90 lacs. Your detailed response shall be highly appreciated.

The Ballot Of DHA Town Lahore Phase 9 Files will be occur with in One Year.The development charges on 5 marla plots in DHA Town Lahore phase 9 is Rs. 3.00 Lacs to Rs. 3.75 Lacs will be paid on installments after ballot.Transfer fee on 5 marla file is Rs. 6500/- and membership fee Rs.37,080/- only.
