@Kmc - 55 to 65 lacs is not the value of the plot but it is 'own' means profit for the owner, other than the actual price paid or to be paid to DHA. 4 Marla Plots Phase VIII, CC1/CCA2 were sold by DHA in 8 installments excluding down payment in the total price of 95 lacs.
