the people who are asking for invest their money why they are not looking at lda avenue1.right now its best investment in low budget i mean less than dha.in 23,24 25lacs you can buy one kanal plot and in 14,15,16 lacs you can buy a 10 marla plot.development charges are included in this price.development is completed most of its parts and possession is very near.after the possession which plot you bought in 25 lacs after possession rate will be doubled(in my opinion)it will be minimum 50 lacs and 10 marla plot will be in 30 lacs as in all lda societies rates are very high and i think after 2,3 years of possession rate will be equal to wapda town.lda avenue1 is a very big society located in raiwind road very good infrastructure.at this time its best time for investment for low budget people and high reward.and i will must say the people who wants to sell their plots in lda avenue 1 please dont sale it is not suitable time for selling please wait little more time for good reward and i will say the people who wants to buy please do complete their buying.is se pehlay k dayer ho jaey.

The other issue is with quality of development, which is very low. I was also interested in buying a plot but after my recent visit and seeing quality of development, i changed my mind. Even Jubilee town right next door is much better developed and possession is available as compared to LDA avenue 1. |

there are lot of societies who were announced before lda but still they are incomplete.withen one year lda will give possession and as you get possession rates will be double even triple.at this time if you buy one kanal plot in 25lacs and after one year your money goes double is it a bad investment?.location is very good on main raiwind road.transfer procedure is very neat and clean.i bought a plot there and i am satisfied with its transfer.there is no chance that plot will be transfered on two three people name.very secure transfer system.roads are minimum 40 feet and infrastructure is good. |

I want to buy 10M plot but I am afraid and could not buy becuase of LDA schemes are scary as you know what happened in Johar town a plot is issued to 2-3 peoples, It is hard earning money and I dont want to lose it but I want to buy 10 M plot and also guide me good block free of any issues.

the lda plot transfer system is very transparent now. everything is commputerized, i have recently bought plot in lda avenue 1, they take photograph of buyer and seller with a representative of lda in lda office and make the transfer over there. system is pretty fool proof now. |

@waqar sab no need to be afraid in buying something in ldaavenue1.transfer is very safe and secure.i am satisfied bye its transfer.all thesystem is computerised and no chance that plot will be allotted on two three people name.you can buy in upper part of M block and J block is more good than M block.plots which are coming in litigation they arenot transferable.their transfers are banned and when you buy a plot there you can ask from lda office whether is this plot littigation free or not they will tell you. |
