Hi:
I am not into property business or for that matter never done a business. I am doing a routine office job. and recently inherited 10 lacs. This is all that i have for times to come. I want to safely invest it in property by buying a plot which can give some profit over a longer run. But as i mentioned i have no clue where to go, though i would like to buy in Lahore or rawalpindi. It was by google i reached this page and glad to find an online community where i may find some help.
I would really be thankful if someone can suggest where should i get some decent plot that can grow in value over a time span of 5 to 10 years.

In this budget I would go for 1 kanal in State Life Phase II.
Its future is good as they have some kind of deal with DHA recently. |

May buy one kanal plot in NFC 2 Lahore or 10 marla in bahria - 8 Islamabad in H block, both are good investments. |

mr poorman my sincere advise is in 10 lacs you can buy a 8 marla plot in dha valley overseas block in islamabad.development is going on and possession is withen two years.after 5 to 10 years its price will be surely insha ALLAH near 50 lacs. |

Poorman sahab In this budget you can buy a 5 marla average plot in F block of Jubliee town Lahore. I think it will give you good return after 1 or two years. |

I agree with Mr. Khan. Though DHA Valley is delayed but still safe investment (free of kabza mafia) unlike other small societies. I think now much of waiting period in DHA valley is over and inshAllah ppl should get reward for their patience. |
