I am going to buy a small plot 5 marla in Officer Colony Lahore Cantt [front of Askari 9] but seller mentioned that it dont have registry for this place it works only for Power of Attorney or stamp paper in this area, I have this saving for my whole life and dont want to take any kind of risk can someone guide me is it safe way to buy a plot and construct house as I also want to buy this plot because of my suitability of area. Please guide me.

In front of Askari 9 it is PAF Officer Colony & as per my information we can't get registry of smaller plots but after construction u can get the registry of your house, but it cost too much... |
