Please guide me!
I am interested to buy a 5 to 8 Marla Plot in 15 Lakh Rupee. I will start construction with a gap of 1 to 2 years Maximum. Can you please suggest some good reliable and most importantly worth living societies.
Pleas guide.

Please never think to buy in Bahria Town, especially in under developed blocks. If you want to see the true face just pick the Tulip Block map issed by Bahria Town in 2005 and see the ground realities.
1)All the parks have been encroached by BT Management.
2)Community Centre has been encroached by BT Management.
3)Goulf Course has been transformed into Mini Golf Club and shrinked to 46 Kanal from 323 Kanal.
4)BT Management has opened a resturant in Mini Golf Club and making its commercial use.
5)In front of Mini Golf Club inserted Commercial Area.
6)For commercial parking they have encroached upon community park (Overhead Water Tank area).
7)BT Management have inserted 5 Marla Category in Tulip Block and increased no. of houses as there was no such provision in their Master Plan.
