That is not entirely true. If you see DHA balloting record in the past, they have balloting of a sector every three to four years. Whenever they start development of a phase, they do the balloting of another phase and start taking development charges to pay for the ongoing development of the previous phase. This is because the money taken for the development of this phase long ago as already been spent. This means that with the start of phase 8 development, the chances of phase 9 balloting have become real since DHA will need the money for phase 8 work. Moreover, development work on phase 9 A to D blocks has already started. Therefore, I would expect the balloting later this year or early next year. |
