If fard is in the name of seller and registry, is it OK?
Also, what is the price of farm house 1 acre near ranger square, it is well constructed? Is 1 Crore forty lac is OK?

A recognized developer such as DHA, Bahria etc will buy land under their own name and then sell plots against their ownership. Such transfers are done at the society office and you will have to trust the developer to safeguard your ownership records. In all other cases, you must get the mutation done of the concerned plot in your own name at the time of purchase. That farm house must be located on a specific khasra number belonging to a specific khewat within that Mauza. Ask the seller to show your the fard and get in touch with some trusted friend to verify that the property he is selling and the details on the fard match. Then you get the registry under your own name and following registry, the mutation or intiqal done.
As for price, where exactly is this farm house located. |

It is located opposite to the Khursheed Farms after rangers square, about half a kilometer off bedian road and it is constructed with four bedrooms, theatre basement and three bathrooms, two kitchens and 1 store 1 servant quarter. |
