read your disgusting experience of locating DHA Homes and the subsequent discussions in this Forum. Some other mails have also been raising doubts previously about the DHA Valley as a project and suggesting a complete probe by Army and the NAB on the news story published in Daily Express. One reader suggested a complete responce by DHAI and yet another requested an investigated feature by the paper Daily Express which said that a complaint / applications was also sent to the Army Chief by the former Director Engineeing of DHAI. Another intended to take the matter to the court.
Nothing appears to be answered and people particulary LIVING abroad are pretty apprehensive about their investment made seeing good name of DHA. Will somebody come up with a detailed answer as DHAI is silent on all this...?

all plot holders in dha valley overseas block, you please hold your plot for next 3 or 4 years and you will inshallah gain. no society here in pakistan is delivering on time, then why you expect from dhai. but as the location is good once it will be finished it will give return.

When you talk of DHA Islamabad, you are talking about a totally different domain!
Malik Riaz has taken over DHAI completely. I already wrote a narrative about our visit to DAHI Homes and extension. DHA Homes is now only and only thing which can rescue DHAI and here again Malik Riaz right in between. He is spending most of DHA money on his BT projects. Yes! DHA Homes are in fast pace but what about valley? Nothing so far?

One good thing is surely there out of all this bad!

They have to complete the Expressway before they call Home’s owner to hand over keys, as without the express-way who will live or rent there? I wish these Faujees could have enough mind to tackle Malik Riaz’s brilliant mind, being utilized to the –ve direction, though!
Bahria Town phase-8 is having 100,000 plots and Malik want to make at least 50 years development there. Now how He could possibly return 60-70 Arabs (work out millions for you Please) to DHA which He had already taken from the DHAI fools, if not fools then corrupt Generals?
I was told by my source inside DHAI that they have released 80 Crores to Habib Rafique to develop roads in extension. What is 80 Crores then? Just 50 houses worth, my be, even less?
I suggest DHA Valley and Home members MUST confirm your payments as there is a mess there in record office. Please do not compare DHAI to Lahore or Karachi. Here in Islamabad DHA is very different, especially valley and DHA Homes. You will feel a totally different attitude and other stuff. On support calls they will tell you good stuff but actually they are far below even the minimum standards of professionalism!
