I need guidance and information on constructing a 7 marla house in Bahria Town Rawalpindi.
1. What is the usual covered area for double storey house on 30x55 size plot?
2. What should be average cost per sq ft?
3. Is it advisable to hire contractor on labour cost and supply the material myself?
