Brothers, I have totally different experience myself. I am living abroad and my young son was depositing the development charges for 2 plots in DHAI Phase II Ext. He made extra deposits it was noticed by DHA, they informed us.We got that money retrieved and was able to pay as development charges for another plot of ours. Whenever we did go there we found them very cordial, diligent and helpful. They are angels when we compare them with CDA and other societies staff. We are all human, there might be one odd case but overall they are jolly good.

Yes, there Phae I & II are good. Even Ph 2 Ext Commoners area is better. However, Ph 1 Ext and 2 Ext (rest) is a black spot on their name like DHA Valley. |

Hi Bro, i've 02 files of Dha Valley last year in November i visited there in Dhai office to issue allocation letters of Dha Valley plots, i got these letters within 3 or 4 days without any charges. as per my experience they are co-operative very much. |

Breaking News for all....DHAI going to announce to deposit last deferred installment in June 2012. And in July they are giving possessions of the plots of some blocks and homes. They will also announce to give rebate of any late charges. |

they have to complete express way than only they can handover the plots...
1st few blocks almost fully developed & street lights also installed...
handover can be end of 2012 or begining of 2013.... without completing express way, thye can only handover overseas block... or Homes..... |

I Called DHA islamabad office on Friday & they told me that the Handover of DHA Homes will be in End 2013.On my Lat visit to DHA Valley July 2012 the work at DHA Homes was going on Speedy.I dont know if is still going at speed. But i did notice that the number of Houses were not much.
We went from Kallar seydan which was quite far.
We were not taken from DHA Valley main express way as it is in patches . The bridges are yet to be built.
Therefore it is wrong assumption that DHA HOMES will be handedover early. Lets consider the fact that DHA Phase II extension started in 2005 & still not developed after 7 years. For Valley it is only 3 years passed. Still long way to go. But one thing can be tell confidently that the Scope of DHA HOMES is very bright. The quality ,material & the Price of 42 Lacs is just perfect for 8MARLA Double story House.
