Illegal Parking,

Sir it is true that wat they told they did not do.But one minute think that if there ll be no or less parking for commercial and golf course then it ll be also a problem for the residents because then people ll park their cars in front of their houses.

It should not be at the cost of environment. BT is a reputed organization and have a good name in the Town Planning after DHA. They have also charged handsome money as development charges. BT Town Planners should have a vision and reserve proper place for commercial area parking instead robing public parks. They have declared/mentioned this area park in their master plan. There should be a limit. They have already made lot of changes if u see old master plan.
I think this is the main reason that BT is not approved from LDA. Because for approval from LDA they will be supposed to submit their master plan. After approval from LDA BT Management will not be able do such blunders.
Such actions are not good for their own repute. Who will believe they will not exercise such blunders in other blocks.

Thanks Salman for suppoting my stand point. I am not against BT Management off course they have earned a good name in town planning. BT Town Planner should have have a vision especially if you are going to build three layers of commercial buildings. In my opinion this encroached parking area will not fulfill the future parking requirements of such huge commercial hub and deweller of the town will suffer when vehicle will be parked in front of their houses as we have experienced in such cases. This is the right time to visulize the future need otherwise BT Management contruct multi story parking overthere. It not necessary to sell all the plots they should limit their greed and allocate proper parking place through their own account not by robing the parks.
By looking their greed there is a possibility they may construct commercial building over the encroached parking.
In my opinion Your character or repute is more important than such clever earnings.
Because there is a famous saying:

If wealth is lost then nothing is lost
If haelth is lost then something is lost
If character is lost then every thing is lost
