I purchased the file in 2006 and now 2012, i want to construct my home, can anybody predict hopefuly when dha will consider this file

If we observe DHA 8 case, its ballot was held 2 years before and development is not yet started. Hopefully DHA 8 will be completed 3 to 5 years. Whereas, ballot of DHA 9 is still pending and no one knows its date. I believe DHA will take at least 7 years to develop DHA 9. |

Kindly give your assessment regarding the estimated price hike in Phase 7 plots (Ex-Parkview Ballot) after they give possession in 2014.
I am interested in knowing the price hike in 1 & 2 Kanal plots...
