Could some expert please advise what is the current value of my plot. It is a corner plot no. 1475, Bahria town phase III Rawalpindi. I am not in Pakistan but I want to sell it if I find the price reasonable. Your advise would be very much valued.

If it is 10 Marla(250 sq yds) then its price should be between 33-35 lacs after all dues cleared. However if it is 1 kanal then its price should be 50-55 lacs minimum. I am aresident and not propert dealer. |
