I asked about additional charges and ballotting for 5-marla earlier but did not receive any reply. Kindly advise if these files will be allocated in the same area which is being developed and what will be the charges on top of the file price on 14.75 lacs.

The Ballot Of DHA Town Lahore Phase 9 Files will be occur with in One Year Expectedly.The development charges on 5 marla plots in DHA Town Lahore phase 9 is Rs. 3.00 Lacs to Rs. 3.75 Lacs Expectedly will be paid on installments after ballot.
