A-o-A Islamabad Experts,
With a budget of 25 to 50 lacs is Sector F-16/4 or F-16/3 in Islamabad a good investment for next 3 to 5 Years?
Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions?
Are there better options in this price range and time frame?

It is a sound investment with the suggested time frame.
G-16/4 (developed area only) and sector A, B and C in B-17 are good alternates.
If you buy one plot of 600 sq yards in F-16/4 and a 500 sq yards plot in sector C of B-17 will be a nice combination consuming your 50 lacs that will allow to put all your eggs in two different baskets. |

I think almost all societies with NOC working on the west of Islamabad are doing great job and they offer multiple good investment options. |

In G-16/4 if you buy a commercial plot of 133 sq yards (30 x 40 feet) from plot number 15 to 47 it will cost you 51 to 60 lacs and will keep giving you a profit in short, medium and long term. |
