Please help help help!!!

I am an overseas Pakistan (Old Ravian and Anthonian and GIKIAN) mechanical engineer living in Saudi since 2003 . Originally I am from very humble background (my father was daily wage worker in Dawood Hercules Group). I am self made person(with Allah Blessings and Parents prayers) came to Saudi and contributing to my mother land since 2003 through remittances, flood relief, education loans, MICROFINANCE to needy skilled poor and community works. Now I myself in big trouble and need help Allah Pak give you people ajr-e-azeem

I bought house in Lahore from my hard earned savings by name of my mother in 2007. There was one of family acquaintance Mr. Jalil Ahmed—NIC# ((NIC removed by Moderator)) resident of Gulshan Ravi Lahore (he knew our family for 20 years) convinced my mother and father to sell this house and invest in his small auto parts business and he will give him HALAL good fluctuating profit in range of 12-14% per annum. My parents invested Rs. 6 million (60lacs) against my will and this man gave fluctuating profit of only 20,000 per month (0.35% p.s only) for only 6-7 months to my parents and gave nothing since 2010 and I came to know this in Aug 2010 during my visit to Pakistan and demanded my money back, he started saying I will give back within 6-8 months. After constant delay from his side I involved my father in law who is also very religious and straight forward person

Since I am in KSA and not able to follow matter and afraid from delay and credibility of Pakistan Justice and Police department so tried to pressurized Mr Jalil through neighbors and involved them and during one sitting (local panchayat) this man Jalil totally changed the stance and told he only owe us 42lac while our principle sum given to him was 60 lakhs in 2008 . He utilized the money for complete four years without any profit etc. Even if we go by agreed profit sharing formula we need from him around 10 Million still we told him give us back original amount of 60 lacs only.

To cut short we have stamp paper (with witness signatures) that he borrowed the money, and we have one post dated cheaque of PKR 42 lac from this man (received in last Panchayat sitting) . Still me and my father in law not successful inspite of all above documents as we are Shareef humble people This man has money but due to our Sharafat and me being out of country enjoying and not giving back the money to us.

I am an educated person and position holder during F.SC and Engineering Degrees and recipient of President award during and this what happens to overseas Pakistanis hard earned income as there is very low faith in our Police and Justice system.

I was following the matter for last1-1/2 years but recently my boy is diagnosed with brain disease ( Brain Atrophy)and in dire need of money for his treatment. Due to this scenario my mother got heart attack and father became diabetic and hypertension patient and almost I spent 2-3 lacs on their treatment. I myself has developed high blood pressure as this was my halal very hard earned money…

Jazak Allah Khair Please assist me I have complete original documents with his CNIC copy this man is in Lahore and we know his shop and house.

This is all my hard earned saving for last 8 years. people . Jazak Allah I am willing to give %age charges if somebody can suggest trusted recovery people.
