This is funny how some people see property business. No one has ever said that DHA-9 can yield profit in months. Its a long term investment my friend. Though it is clear that the file price may come down further but it doesn't matter AT ALL. Also it is not good to compare phase 9 file with other phases. phase 9 is over priced at current level. it may come down to 23 or 24. It will keep on fluctuating untill ballot is announced. If it comes to 20 (which is very rare), i will be happy to buy few more ;) ...
One more thing, some friends may have bought this file at 27+. They need not to panic unless they are in urgent need of money. I bought files at 18 and i am not going to sell it even at 30 ;) ... For now, it is very very good buy below 24 ... |
